Getting Started in the Everged Charging Mobile App

Step 1: Select Your Country

When you first open the Everged App, you’ll be asked to choose the country where you usually charge your vehicle. This helps us show you the most relevant charging stations in your area.

Step 2: Log In or Sign Up

You’ll see a login screen where you can either sign in to your account or create a new one.

To…	Do This…
Create an account	Tap Sign Up, enter your email and a password, and accept the Terms of Service.
Log in with email and password	Enter your credentials and tap Log In.
Log in with a login link	Tap Login with link and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Reset your password	Tap Forgot Password, enter the email you used to sign up, and follow the password reset email.
Use the app without an account	Tap Skip for Now to use the map and limited features as a guest (Ad-hoc User).

You can always create an account later to unlock all features like payment history and favorites.

Step 3: Contact Details

Add your name and contact information to complete your profile.

Step 4: Add Payment Method

Enter a valid credit or debit card to start charging. You can:

Add more than one card

Set a default card

Remove cards (if there’s another default)
Use top-up balance, vouchers, or subscriptions if available

If one of several credit cards is selected as the default payment method, this credit card cannot be removed unless you select a different one as default.

Once you registers a credit card in your account, you will be able to add other payment methods, such as balance top-up, purchase a voucher or a subscription plan.
