Using the Map in the Mobile App

The Map is the home screen once you’re logged in. If you allow location access, it shows nearby Everged charging stations.

Map Features

To…	Do This…
Return to your current location	Tap the location icon (📍).
Search for charging stations	Click the Filter menu icon situated in the top right corner of the screen. This opens the filter options screen where you can enter your search criteria based on Connector Types, Min Power (kW) of the Charge Point, etc. When a filter is applied, the Filter icon displays a green dot.
Remove filters	Click on the Filter icon, then click the Clear All button.
Search by address or area	Use the Search bar at the top.
View charging station details	Click on the pin representing the Charge Point on the Map. On the Charge Point details page, you can: View information about the Charge Point, the working hours of the location, its distance from your current position, the tariff (fee per kW, additional fees, etc.) Start the navigation on your mobile phone to obtain directions to the Charge Point’s location. Add the Charge Point to your favorites. This way you can easily access the Charge Point details by opening the Favorites screen from the main menu. Start navigation to a station	Tap the Directions or map icon in the station detail screen.
Add a station to favorites	Tap the heart icon on the station detail screen.
Scan a QR code	You can use this function only when you are at the charge point location and can obtain the QR code or the EVSE ID. Click the Scan QR code icon. To use this function, you must allow the app to use the mobile camera on your phone. When you are in QR scan mode, the Scan QR code icon is filled in, and the Find Charger icon is greyed out. Once the charge point’s EVSE is successfully identified, the Start Charging Session screen will be displayed.
Enter a charger ID manually	Tap the QR code icon and select “Enter ID” if you don’t have camera access.
Use flashlight while scanning	Tap the flashlight icon during QR scan.
Open Help	Tap the info icon (ℹ️) to contact support or browse FAQs.
Remove a station from favorites	Go to Favorites, tap the station, then tap the heart icon again.

When using QR scan or charger ID, make sure you’re physically near the charging station for best results.
