Using the Mobile App Menu

To… 

Do This… 

Edit your account info 

Tap your email at the top of the menu, then tap My Profile to update contact info, change password, or delete your account. 

Log out 

Scroll to the bottom of My Profile and tap Logout. 

View charging history 

Tap Charging History. Use filters to sort by date or type (public or home charging). 

View session details 

Tap a session and scroll to see full details. Tap Download receipt if available. 

Receive invoices by email 

Go to My Profile > Invoice Details, select Yes from the invoice dropdown, and enter your billing info. 

Redeem a voucher 

Tap Redeem Voucher, enter the code, and tap Redeem. It will appear in your My Balance history. 

Manage RFID cards 

Tap RFID Cards to view and manage tags. You can change the name, status, or associated payment method. Add new ones via scan or manual entry.
